Pacers legend suggests Steph Curry make bold call as

Injuries always hit at the worst time, and Golden State just got reminded of that. Jimmy Butler tore his ACL this week, and now the Warriors are scrambling with the trade deadline two weeks away.

The pressure’s on to do something that helps Steph Curry while he’s still got gas in the tank. Recently, Pacers legend Reggie Miller shared some thoughts on what Golden State should do.

He didn’t dance around it either. Miller thinks the Warriors need to make a big swing, and he’s got a specific target in mind.

He even said Curry might need to pick up the phone himself and call someone out in the Midwest.

If I’m Stephen Curry, maybe I open up my Rolodex, and maybe it’s time that I call someone in the Midwest by the name of Giannis Antetokounmpo,” Miller said on The Dan Patrick Show.

Things haven’t been smooth between Giannis and the Bucks lately, and last night didn’t help. Milwaukee got stomped again, and Giannis went off on the team after the game.

He’s said he won’t demand a trade, but losing like that wears on anyone. If Steph Curry actually calls him, that’s when it gets fun. Two superstars, both still playing at a crazy level, with completely different games.

Just thinking about how they’d work together is enough to get people in the Bay Area hyped.
