For professional wrestlers, while they have to be athletically talented in the ring, they still have to maintain a healthy schedule of self care, including utilizing more modern methods that were not available to wrestlers in the past. For Seth Rollins, the jury’s still out on one form of self care therapy that his wife Becky Lynch enjoys.
While speaking to 25 Whistles with Bobby Bones in a new interview, Seth Rollins discussed red light therapy, noting that Becky Lynch believes in it and loves it but for him, the jury remains out on if it works.

“There is nothing I can’t do right now,” Lynch tells Billboard via Zoom. “Just give me anything and I’ll make it work. There is nothing I can’t talk my way out of or explain my way out of. I have the greatest lawyers backing me. I have a whole team and a whole universe that isn’t even on camera pulling the strings. There’s nothing I can’t do right now.”
